Unusual

Today was an unusually hot day here.
It reached almost 90 degrees. Is it April?

I worked on a bunch of different projects that needed to be finalized or started.
Multitasking does not work so well in the studio, but somehow multiple projects do.
. . .
New paper came in the mail, and I mostly worked on tearing it down to smaller sheets,
so that the 26″ X 40″ ream wasn’t taking up my entire studio.

Also, I finally started working on some wedding guest books.
I’m very pleased with how they’re coming along, and how easy it will be to customize them.

This morning I worked on
a new sketchbook for Mark
since he only has a few empty pages left
in the last sketchbook that I made him.

It’s always fun picking out paper and book cloth
for these types of projects,
and it makes for a nice change of pace.
